With 16 years of engineering leadership in consumer electronics, Gary Grewal has led cross-functional New Product Integration teams to launch 22+ high-tech products, including the MacBook Pro and Google Pixel Watch. As a Hardware Manager at Google, he specializes in system architecture, factory process optimization, and IoT integration across the manufacturing industry. With his Guidance AxelPro Engineering strives to make constant improvements in Manufacturing Practices while avoiding bottlenecks.

Preet guides AxelPro Engineering with strategic growth, business development, and operational efficiency. With over 15 years of experience in Agile development, team management, and programming, she is a certified Scrum Master with a strong track record in leading project portfolios and optimizing processes. Currently working with Abbott in the Bay Area, she manages multiple product initiatives, collaborating with technical leads and functional managers to plan and execute projects across various development phases. She is the key to guide AxelPro Engineering in Project Management while leveraging Agile Practices leading to Industry 5.0.

Anupam, Chief of Staff at AxelPro Engineering, brings over 7 years of recruitment expertise and 5 years in retail management and sales, specializing in 360° recruitment for mid-to-executive level professionals in the ICI, Residential, and Civil construction sectors across Canada. Her high emotional intelligence and people skills have made her a strong HR leader, driving employee engagement, onboarding, and operational efficiency. Her background in retail management has further honed her leadership, sales, and business growth strategies. Jashkirat Saini

He brings a unique blend of IT expertise, a passion for Organizational Psychology. Having previously worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the Google Search Program in Texas, Jashkirat's technical acumen and leadership skills were further sharpened by completing a Product Management certification from the Indian School of Business which provided him with knowledge of Prototyping to a full-scale production using Industry 5.0 principles. With a deep passion for the automotive industry, he transitioned into founding a CNC manufacturing business in Punjab. Under his leadership, AxelPro Engineering has achieved quality standard and operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency through AI and cloud-based software. Jashkirat is committed to fostering continuous improvement through growing technology, meeting customer needs, and strengthening the company's position in a competitive market.
